We all entered the ministry for one reason.
We wanted people to have a deep and meaningful relationship with God.
But modern pastors must keep that reason paramount while juggling a marriage, kids, a staff, tax laws, a budget, a children's church, a youth ministry, a gaggle of volunteers, discipleship programs, and their own meaningful relationship with God.
In 40 years of ministry, my deepest joy has been to walk with Pastors as they grow local churches. Helping to guide them through the pieces they never expected. The truth that I have found is, most pastors are able to handle any one of the issues listed above, but when you combine them, life can get overwhelming. I get such great joy from helping pastors put systems in place to handle the major operations of their churches so that their time is free to be the visionary, to hear from God and to disciple people in innovative ways.
From crisis management, to discipleship programs, to budget responsibility and tax code, I'm happy to lend a hand and a lesson crafted through 40 years of local church ministry and 20 years of discipling pastors across the country.
